Refund & Return Policy

Attention: We are happy to refund items which are unused, unopened and still in a fully re-saleable condition within 30 days of arrival. Unfortunately, due to health, safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for any opened items.

if any product missed or the parcel received broken, the customer needs to contact us within 3 days of delivery along with a proof that a picture of what the items received along with its parcel cover. We cannot raise an investigation and further actions without relevant proof.

How to return?

To make a return, we’d recommend using your local Post Office’s 'Royal Mail Signed For' the service and don’t forget to ask for a proof of postage or receipt when just so that if anything happens (which is rare), it can be chased up.

Please also include your name, order number, and the reason why you are returning your product on a note and put in the return’s parcel. So that we can handle your return as efficiently as possible.

Return postage costs?

Return postage costs will be on your behalf which is non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or damaged/opened.

How to get a refund?

We will refund the product value back to the payment method originally used. Once a refund has been issued, it can take up to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays and the weekends) for your bank or PayPal to put the funds back into your account, but usually it takes the same day.
Please contact us if you didn’t received a refund for a long time after returning your items, or contact us or bank or company in time.

Order Cancellation Terms

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must refuse delivery or return the parcel to us upon delivery. If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, only the product cost will be eligible for a refund.

Faulty items purchased online

if any item received is faulty, the customer should return the item(s) or submit relevant proof such as a video or a picture to clarify the issue. We need cooperation from the customer side throughout the process.

Please Note: All returns for both unwanted and faulty items must be logged via our ticketing system. Unauthorised returns unfortunately will not be processed.

To return an unwanted or faulty item, please contact us by email: sales@wolfvapes.co.uk Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us. We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via a tracked service, and if the item is over the value of £50 to use an insured service. We cannot be held liable for any returns that have been lost in transit.

 

*International Order Postage and Return Policy*

At Wolfvapes, we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our policy for international orders. Please read the following policy carefully:

*Postage Fee for International Orders*

When you place an international order with us, a postage fee of £18 will be added to your order total. This fee covers the cost of shipping and handling to send your items to your international destination. It is important to note that this postage fee is non-refundable.

For failed deliveries or if the parcel is returned without delivered, an additional £15 will be deducted from the total refund amount. This deduction is to cover the cost of the return postage to us.
